The Role

We are seeking a digital marketing expert to enhance our brand awareness and market engagement, driving revenue growth through our consulting services and market intelligence reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and expand our digital media presence across platforms such as our website, LinkedIn, other relevant social media, emails, and podcasts.
• Create marketing materials and assist in organizing our annual events.
• Broaden our client base, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in copywriting, content creation, and design.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in website management and SEO optimization.
• Proficiency in content creation and social media management (LinkedIn, podcasts, etc.).
• Experience with HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation and nurturing.
• Experience working with international clients and in consultancy is advantageous.

Location & Compensation

• Full-time position based in Oxford (must be within commuting distance).
• Salary: £30,000 per annum (negotiable based on expertise), includes pension and 26 days holiday.
