About The Team

This role sits within the Digital Marketing function of the UK&I Marketing team at Deliveroo. The team focuses on driving business growth and managing channel planning, strategy, and execution through Paid Video, Display & Social. As a channel specialist team, we collaborate closely with creative, data science, and marketing technology teams to deliver innovative digital campaigns. The role is based in London on a hybrid model, with at least 3 days in the office per week.

About The Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on end-to-end management of planning, activation, and reporting across Paid Video and Paid Social campaigns. The ideal candidate will be analytical and data-driven, providing evidence-based recommendations and insights. This role involves engaging with stakeholders across marketing, creative, tech, data science, and external agencies, reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

  • You’re collaborative, acting as a team player, role model for junior members, and working effectively with cross-functional teams on campaigns and projects.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Platform Management: Oversee campaign and asset setups, budget management, tracking, pacing, and performance optimization across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Smartly, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Google Ads, and DV360.
  • Planning & Forecasting: Support briefs across all verticals, produce media plans, contribute to responses, and forecast to targets.
  • Reporting: Report on performance weekly and conduct post-campaign analysis to generate learnings and shape future strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring campaigns meet forecasted live dates and managing expectations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to evolve digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience in media buying with YouTube, Smartly, Meta, or TikTok.
  • Proven track record in launching consumer-facing campaigns, preferably within a high-growth D2C brand.
  • Solid knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and channels.
  • Basic problem-solving skills, structuring arguments, and finding solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic quantitative analytical skills for reporting and testing.
