Based in luxury offices in the heart of Ashford town, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business as their Digital Marketing Specialist, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities
  • Website Management & Optimisation
    • Manage the day-to-day operation of the company website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
    • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and site visibility.
    • Analyse website performance data to identify and action areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain brand consistency and a premium user experience.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns
    • Design and deliver targeted email campaigns with audience segmentation.
    • Track and analyse campaign metrics, continuously optimising for engagement and conversions.
    • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and calls to action.
  • Social Media Content
    • Create and curate platform-specific content to grow brand awareness and engagement.
    • Manage community interactions, responding to comments and queries.
    • Monitor social trends and apply learnings to improve strategy.
  • Digital Advertising
    • Oversee paid ad campaigns across Google, social, and other relevant channels.
    • Use performance analytics to refine targeting and ad creatives.
    • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and goals.
  • Lead Generation & HubSpot Management
    • Lead the implementation and optimisation of HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, and lead generation.
    • Monitor and improve conversion rates through data analysis and strategic adjustments.
  • Content Optimisation & Digital Platforms
    • Ensure all digital content is mobile-optimised and digitally accessible.
    • Recommend repurposing strategies to expand content reach and impact.
  • Product Library & E-Commerce Platform
    • Collaborate with European teams to market and update product listings.
    • Promote our client's e-commerce platform to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Digital Marketing Projects & Strategy
    • Manage diverse digital initiatives from integrations to digital partnerships.
    • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, recommending new tools and platforms.
    • Lead internal workshops to promote the adoption of digital platforms.
  • Digital Outreach & Online Presence
    • Refine and review online engagement strategies to maintain a strong digital presence.
    • Build relationships with online communities and influencers to amplify brand reach.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on website management, SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Proficient in HubSpot and a wide range of digital marketing tools.
