Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Digital Marketing Student Placement based in Reading, UK. You will support the marketing team with a range of digital activities, including organic and paid search, email campaigns, content optimisation, and data analysis. This placement offers hands-on exposure to real campaigns within a global consumer health company.

You will gain practical experience, work with cross-functional teams, and develop your digital marketing skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication for marketing messages.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.

This position reports into the Digital Capabilities Lead and is based in Reading

What you will do

The Digital Marketing Student Placement is responsible for assisting the marketing team with various digital marketing activities such as organic and paid search marketing, email marketing, content optimisation, data analysis and internal communications. You will gain hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and contribute to the overall success of the marketing function:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website.
• Support our holistic search strategy to drive cost-effective acquisition of consumers with paid and organic search marketing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and share insights with the team.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related degree program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and Ads.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
