Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting for an EMEA Media & Marketing Operations Student Placement to assist the regional team across media and marketing activities. You will lead projects from day one, gaining hands-on experience and making an impact on our brands.

Ideal candidates are Marketing students with strong analytical skills, comfortable with numbers and influencer marketing, and eager to learn in a global, cross-functional environment. Hybrid work in Reading, UK is offered.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related degree program.
• Bachelor or Master student with a minimum of 2 semesters completed and strong academic results.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Brand Management.
• Work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable with numbers, analytics, dashboards, and Excel.
• Familiar with Influencers and their presence on social media.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer marketing and/or media reporting, insights, and best-practice sharing to help brands improve campaign performance, reach, and engagement across EMEA.
• Collaborate with markets, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of influencer marketing and media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven consumer discovery, and share actionable recommendations with the team.
• The role may also support additional projects as business priorities evolve, providing broader learning and development opportunities.
