• Experience in performance marketing or media buying, ideally in iGaming, fintech, FMCG, or e-commerce.
• Experience working with Indian audiences across Meta, Google Ads, and affiliate channels.
• Hands-on with ad platforms and familiar with digital attribution and funnel tracking.

is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will own and scale all performance marketing activities in India. You will manage paid media, digital coordination, and partnership growth—delivering efficient player acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels, and hitting key KPIs across digital channels.

What your role will look like:

1. Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, Display, Programmatic, and Affiliates
2. Optimize budgets and performance for FTD growth, CPA targets, and LTV uplift
3. Localize ad creatives, landing pages, and payment flows to maximize engagement
4. Participate in mystery shopping and help test the full player acquisition journey
5. Work closely with CRM and brand teams to ensure consistent tone and message
6. Contribute to quarterly growth plans and align digital efforts with broader goals
7. Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
8. Share actionable insights in monthly reports on traffic, conversion, and digital trends
9. Support competitive analysis from a media and performance perspective

Note:

The selected person may either be office based in Malta (Hybrid) or Remote.

Requirements
