The successful candidate will combine strong technical marketing expertise with creative thinking and analytical rigor to drive audience engagement, support pipeline growth, and enhance the effectiveness of CMSPI's marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

Our Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting the growth and execution of CMSPI’s digital presence. Under the direction of the Global Head of Marketing, this role will execute and optimise digital marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and support broader organisational goals.

This individual must be a highly creative and proactive problem-solver with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work independently. A strong understanding of storytelling across digital platforms is essential, as is the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with diverse audiences across the payments ecosystem.

This role requires a hands-on approach to digital marketing execution, including website management, SEO optimisation, social media, email marketing, content publishing, performance reporting, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Strong understanding of storytelling across digital platforms
  • Familiarity with creative briefing processes and the ability to make light edits to digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
