Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (12-month FTC – Maternity Cover)

Brand: Living Proof

Location: London, SE1 0LH (2 days a week in the office)

Context & Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the Living Proof UK team. This role involves defining and executing growth strategies for our DTC website, achieving sales targets, and ensuring top-tier digital experiences. A proactive, entrepreneurial approach is essential. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth within the Prestige Beauty market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Director in creating and executing digital marketing strategies to meet goals.
  • Drive and report on DTC sales performance metrics.
  • Manage digital campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate DTC calendar and campaign planning.
  • Lead digital marketing activities and external agency collaborations.
  • Work with media agencies to optimize PPC, Affiliates, and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including brand, marketing, customer service, operations, and finance.
  • Manage Customer Data Platform to derive insights and strategies for acquisition and retention.
  • Support CRM strategy and email marketing planning, including briefing and scheduling.
  • Coordinate with supply chain for inventory planning.
  • Handle customer service queries/support.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Creative, customer-focused, problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and strategic mindset with a track record of sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Salesforce, Shopify, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and affiliate networks like Awin.
  • Ability to create engaging digital campaigns tailored to target audiences.
  • Numerate, data-driven decision maker.
  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prestige Beauty experience is a plus but not essential.
