Location:

Leigh-on-Sea, Essex

Hybrid: 3 days in the studio in Leigh-on-Sea and 2 days remote (Candidate must live within 1 hour of Leigh-on-Sea)

Salary:

£37,000 per annum

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)

The Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead clients' marketing initiatives. Your strategic skills will shape campaign trajectories, craft engaging narratives, and elevate brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Leadership: Devise and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost online presence and engagement.
  • Client Relationships: Build trust and serve as the digital lead for your portfolio.
  • Performance & Reporting: Manage reporting processes, present insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Digital Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and support clients in evolving their digital presence.
  • Collaboration: Work with design, content, and web teams to ensure successful project execution aligned with client goals.
  • Adaptability: Manage diverse projects, from local branding to national campaigns.
Candidate Profile

This mid-level role requires approximately 3-5 years of experience in formulating marketing strategies including:

  • Organic Social: Content ideation, creative briefing, scheduling, and engagement management.
  • Digital Advertising: Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google.
  • Content Marketing: Writing engaging content for discoverability.
  • SEO: Understanding of SEO, tools, rankings, audits, and traffic analysis.
  • Email Marketing: Content creation, campaign setup, and scheduling (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Reporting: Monthly analysis across channels and providing insights.
