What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the growth of the direct-to-consumer propositions for Paragon Group through the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies.
• Delivering and optimizing media campaigns across paid and organic search, social, display, and other channels, using impactful creatives and insight-led approaches to drive strong commercial results.
• Managing paid media campaigns with our media agency and evaluating their effectiveness based on KPIs to ensure continuous performance improvement.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, technical audits, content optimization, and link-building.
• Managing the creation and delivery of campaign assets, working with internal and external teams to ensure they are on-brand and effective.

About You

What you’ll bring to the team

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong educational background.
• Extensive experience in digital marketing across paid, social, and SEO, with a proven track record of growing, optimizing, and improving paid media performance. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media and SEO strategies, including content and technical SEO.
• Experience working with digital marketing agencies.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as GA4, GTM, Adwords, and other relevant platforms.

Working hours

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our office on designated days.
