The Basics:

• Full-time (40+ hours)
• Monday to Friday
• Fully Remote (co-working spaces provided)
• Fluent in English
• Salary: £1900-£2500/month (GBP), 3-month probation
• Availability during UK hours with flexible scheduling

Role Requirements:

Media Buying Strategy

• Develop and optimize campaigns across platforms
• Decide on content spend, audience testing, and campaign adjustments

Email Marketing

• Segment data and craft strategies for customer journeys
• Collaborate on email content and analyze performance

Market Research

• Research competitors and customer feedback
• Define KPIs and OKRs with clients

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Monitor budgets and timelines
• Provide creative input and liaise with media buyers and creative teams

Strategy Building

• Create marketing funnels and determine content needs
• Decide on offers and call-to-actions based on product metrics

Tracking & Attribution

• Set up and manage tracking systems
