About the Team

We work collaboratively across teams and time zones, blending technical and strategic expertise to support lawyers and colleagues in achieving their client development goals. This role will play a critical part in maintaining and evolving that support from within the UK.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our global team and help drive forward digital execution, governance, and insight. This is a hands-on, strategically minded role focused on enabling best-in-class delivery across our web, analytics, SEO, and digital compliance efforts.

The role reports directly to the Global Head of Digital Marketing and is part of a collaborative team spanning across the firm’s regions. A successful candidate will work closely with their US-based counterpart, as well as colleagues in IT, Risk, Creative/Brand, Communications, and Business Development — helping to manage platforms and processes that support our lawyers, improve visibility in key markets, and ensure consistency in how the firm shows up digitally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the UK-based lead for our global website (Sitecore), supporting publishing, governance, user access, and day-to-day updates across 35+ international site instances.
  • Provide technical SEO oversight and content optimization support in collaboration with lawyers, BD colleagues, and digital leads across regions.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to web publishing, analytics, and microsite platforms (e.g. PiWik Pro, Foleon, Fliplet).
  • Support global analytics initiatives, including pulling and cleansing data from multiple sources (e.g. Sitecore, SiteImprove, Lead Forensics), maintaining Power BI dashboards, and responding to ad hoc data requests.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across non-US regions, ensuring regional digital needs are prioritized and aligned to global strategy.
  • Oversee key administrative processes including lawyer bio onboarding/offboarding, CMS access setup, and handoff of business-as-usual tasks to support partners.
  • Serve as a connector between marketing, IT, risk and compliance, and operations teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and continuity across systems and initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of content management systems (Sitecore preferred), SEO, and website governance.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, PiWik Pro, Lead Forensics, SiteImprove, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work with colleagues are varying levels of seniority and experience across regions, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience liaising with IT and Risk stakeholders, particularly around digital compliance and access/security.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to translate technical detail into business value for non-digital stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently and across time zones; able to manage competing priorities and deadlines with a calm, professional approach.
  • A proactive mindset and an interest in contributing to continuous improvement of platforms and processes.
  • Enthusiastic team player with experience in mentoring or guiding junior colleagues and vendors.
