A Digital Marketing Manager assists the Head of Client Services in regard to all marketing activities. This will include helping the company to brand and market its products or services via digital platforms.
The role requires that the individual plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and maintain social media presence across multiple digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager also implements search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising and influencer marketing.
The individual will be responsible to track, measure, improve and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns. The individual may also work with marketing teams and other creatives such as Graphics Designers and Freelance Writers to create, launch and manage online marketing campaigns.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
- Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media channels
- Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
- Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
- Coordinating with the digital marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies
- Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels
- Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities
- Organising promotional events such as trade shows and ensuring the prompt delivery of materials and products by co-ordinating with staff
- Working with advertising departments or agencies to increase customer acquisition
- Managing and creating appropriate content for a variety of channels
- Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns with possible solutions to fit within budgetary constraints
- Identifying measuring marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities within the company
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism or other relevant fields
- Experience in a digital marketing or advertising role
- Working experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency with HubSpot Sales & Marketing suite e
- Familiarity with social media development strategies and online content marketing
- An exceptional level of attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Skills to analyse and monitor trends in the market
