Job summary

Vivobarefoot is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our e-commerce team in Wrington, Bristol. You’ll help drive paid media campaigns, coordinate creatives and support our affiliate activity, turning performance data into action.

With 2–3 years in digital marketing or ecommerce, you’ll work across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, analyse results, and collaborate with brand and agency partners to accelerate customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing or ecommerce.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing affiliate programmes.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Passionate about ecommerce and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Support Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen.
• Deliver and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and beyond.
• Coordinate creation, approval and delivery of creative assets across paid channels.
• Support day-to-day affiliate programme management including partner comms and performance tracking.
• Produce regular performance reports and translate data into clear recommendations.
• Work with creative, brand, e-commerce and agency partners to keep campaigns aligned and on schedule.
