Job Description:

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in helping deliver impactful marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting key initiatives across content, events, and client projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of marketing activities, from content creation to event promotion and campaign analysis. You’ll be supported by the Marketing Lead and a team of amazing colleagues.

Key responsibilities

  • VUX World Podcast: Manage the day-to-day publishing and distribution of the podcast, including audio and video editing, image creation and copywriting.
  • Content & Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, vlogs and articles.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in implementing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive funnel progression, and contribute to marketing-qualified lead generation.
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Proactive involvement in the social media schedule. Manage social media accounts focusing on LinkedIn and YouTube, create compelling content, and monitor performance to optimise engagement.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal colleagues, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure consistent marketing messaging and execution.
  • Distribution and Engagement: Assist in ensuring content (such as podcast and YouTube) is optimised and easy to find, helping to grow audience subscriptions and engagement.
  • Events & Branding: Support branding and communications for in-person industry events, ensuring high engagement and smooth execution. You’ll be required to travel to the UK-based events and exhibitions a few times a year.
  • Marketing Analysis: Track and report campaign performance, providing insights to improve future initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • The successful candidate must be based in the UK.
  • A solid interest in AI and how it can transform businesses.
  • At least two years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Experience editing long and short-form video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Some experience managing social media channels and digital marketing campaigns.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • An analytical mindset, with knowledge of tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, or analytics tools is a plus.
