Overall purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to drive OryxAlign's success by effectively executing assigned responsibilities and contributing to corporate objectives. This involves collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality results, fostering a positive work environment, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. This role is expected to uphold the company's values, demonstrate professionalism, and support the achievement of OryxAlign's goals.
Sales and procurement administrators ensure efficient sales and purchase order processing for OryxAlign and clients. They contribute to the development and implementation of enterprise-wide procurement systems, document procedures, and maintain vendor relationships. The role requires a long-term planning approach to daily tasks to support company's goals.
Key Responsibilities
Our Sales and Procurement Administrator will be responsible for:
Manage the purchase order process: Track deliveries, update systems, and liaise with internal and external contacts. Proactively identify and implement process improvement to enhance efficiency.
Review and clarify purchasing requirements: Ensure value for money through effective sourcing of goods and services. Be aware of risk analysis and understand the importance of purchasing decisions.
Establish and maintain relationships: Work effectively with internal departments, management, and vendors. Promote a collaborative team environment and build supportive relationships.
Support the Sales team: Assist with the preparation of quotes and proposals for existing and potential clients, and manage incoming sales enquiries promptly. Provide regular updates and feedback to team members.
Assist with subscription renewals: Quote and manage upcoming renewals, prepare subscription contracts, and ensure timely completion. Consider
Maintain CRM and reporting: Keep the CRM application updated, produce accurate weekly sales performance and pipeline reports, and coordinate client meetings for the sales team.
To complete relevant H&S training and follow appropriate H&S guidance in relation to the role.
What we need from our Digital Marketing Executive:
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will have strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, including the ability to build trusted relationships across OryxAlign and externally. You must be able to understand and demonstrate service excellence, driving this competence both intra and inter-departmentally, this includes demonstrating a role model to OryxAlign's company values and supporting long-term objectives.
Experience and expertise
2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (CRM, automation, email marketing, CMS).
Creating and implementing Marketing campaigns
Updating company websites and manging social media content
Exceptional attention to detail, plus ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong analytical skills to track marketing performance and improve conversion rates
Minimum 3 A levels, degree preferred
Background in the IT service industry
Experience using ConnectWise
A working knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
Experience of B2B lead generation
Experience with SEO best practices and tools like ahrefs or SEMrush
