Job summary

LGBT Great is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join its London team. Based in Central London, you will support regular reporting, monitor performance, and help manage website and digital campaigns.

With 2–4 years in professional services marketing, you will be data-driven, highly organised, and comfortable with GA4, Excel, CMS and social platforms. This role offers 5 days in office and a salary of 35,000–45,000 GBP DOE.

Responsibilities

• Support regular reporting across the website and wider digital activity.
• Use GA4, HubSpot and Analytics to monitor performance.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers and marketing KPIs.
• Monitor website traffic, content performance and user behaviour.
• Support basic SEO activity and identify opportunities to improve website performance.
• Monitor engagement and performance and feed insights back into reporting.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support event logistics, attendee information and marketing materials.

We are working with a growing professional services business looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their London team.

This is a great opportunity for a marketer with around 2-4 years’ experience who enjoys the more analytical and operational side of marketing - data, digital performance, reporting and getting things done.

Responsibilities:

• Support regular reporting across the website, and wider digital activity
• Use tools such as GA4, HubSpot and Analytics to monitor performance
• Maintain dashboards, trackers and marketing KPIs
• Monitor website traffic, content performance and user behaviour
• Support basic SEO activity and identify opportunities to improve website performance
• Monitor engagement and performance and feed insights back into reporting
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support event logistics, attendee information and marketing materials
