Are you looking to build your career in paid media with a successful and growing eCommerce business? Would you like to work across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Paid Social while seeing the direct commercial impact of your campaigns? Do you want the opportunity to learn from an experienced Paid Marketing Manager and broaden your wider digital skill set?
We’re delighted to be working with a successful and dynamic eCommerce business specialising in lifestyle and home products.
The company has an established online presence, an extensive product range and ambitious plans for continued UK and international growth. You’ll be joining a friendly team that continues to invest in its people, website and digital marketing capability.
This is a newly created role within a growing marketing team and a brilliant opportunity for someone with around one to three years of digital marketing or paid media experience.
Reporting to the Paid Marketing Manager, you’ll help manage and optimise Paid Search, Shopping and Paid Social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and Pinterest. You’ll test audiences, keywords, ad copy and bidding strategies to improve conversions, CPA and ROI.
Unlike an agency role, you’ll be able to see the direct commercial impact of your work. You’ll collaborate closely with the eCommerce, merchandising and trading teams on campaigns, product launches and website improvements.
Although paid media will be your main focus, you’ll also gain exposure to email, content and wider digital marketing activity as your experience grows.
Alongside a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000, 33 days of annual leave including bank holidays, hybrid working, flexible working hours, a twice-yearly bonus, paid overtime, company pension, life insurance, sick pay, a cycle-to-work scheme and a generous employee discount. You’ll also join a supportive business that values work-life balance and offers plenty of opportunity to learn and develop.
