We are seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to enhance our online presence, optimise our digital marketing strategy, and drive engagement with our discerning clientele.


This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven and creative professional with experience in e-commerce, digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing within the luxury sector.


The Role

As the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive, you will be vital in managing our online store and executing multi-channel digital campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, and sales. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure seamless brand storytelling, campaign execution, and digital performance optimisation.


This role is ideal for someone with a blend of analytical skills and creative flair, who can take ownership of both technical e-commerce functions and brand-aligned marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  1. E-Commerce & Website Management
    • Manage and optimise the luxury e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, or bespoke CMS).
    • Oversee product listings, descriptions, and imagery, ensuring premium presentation.
    • Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to enhance the user experience and increase sales.
    • Work on UX/UI enhancements, collaborating with developers and designers.
    • Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and website traffic, using data insights to drive improvements.
    • Ensure smooth integration of marketing campaigns with the e-commerce platform.

  2. Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising
    • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
    • Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising) to drive high-quality leads.
    • Oversee social media advertising (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), ensuring strong ROI.
    • Plan and execute email marketing & CRM campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), ensuring segmentation and automation.
    • Work closely with the content team to create blog posts, product guides, and luxury storytelling campaigns.

  3. Performance Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and analyse key digital KPIs (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite).
    • Generate reports on e-commerce performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer insights.
    • Optimise marketing activities based on performance insights and ROI analysis.
    • A/B test content and campaign strategies to improve engagement and ROI.

  4. Customer Experience & Brand Engagement
    • Ensure a seamless and premium online shopping experience.
    • Work with customer service and sales teams to support clientelling and VIP engagement initiatives.
    • Implement personalisation strategies, including product recommendations and tailored marketing communications.

What We’re Looking For
  1. Experience in digital marketing & e-commerce, ideally in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion.
  2. Expertise in SEO, PPC, and paid social media campaigns.
  3. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  4. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or bespoke solutions).
  5. Strong understanding of UX/UI, CRO, and customer journey mapping.
  6. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with a refined luxury tone.
  7. Experience with email marketing & CRM automation (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot).
  8. Data-driven mindset, with a passion for optimising online performance and marketing ROI.
