Job Description

Digital Marketing Automation Manager – Adobe Marketo – Central London (*currently remote)

Up to £55k base + bonus + extensive company benefits.

An exciting opportunity to join the centralised function of AdTech/MarTech of an international digital information business as a Digital Marketing Operations Manager - Marketing Automation.

Reporting to the Head of MarTech, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and help drive business objectives.

In-depth knowledge of Marketing Automation and Adobe Marketo is essential for this role.

Key duties
  1. Become the global go-to person for automation advice, establish a persona as an industry expert, and be an evangelist for the MarTech team.
  2. Provide technical support across multiple MarTech products and data queries.
  3. Liaise with vendors and business partners to continuously improve system functionality.
  4. Project manage the rollout of Adobe Marketo across different business units.
  5. Assist marketing managers in creating and executing email marketing campaigns and automation.
  6. Act as a technical lead regarding marketing automation, data capture, system integration, and migration between marketing applications.
  7. Ensure data compliance and protection.
  8. Manage, train, and upskill internal teams across Europe.
About you

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or marketing technology.

Strong proficiency in Marketing Automation products, especially Adobe Marketo, is essential.

A good understanding of SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics is highly desirable.

You should be highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects with various stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Salary: Up to £55k base + bonus + extensive company benefits
