Une société d'aventure multisite en pleine croissance cherche un assistant marketing digital pour renforcer son département. Basé près de Salisbury, vous proposerez votre créativité dans la gestion des médias sociaux, la création de contenu et participerez à la stratégie marketing globale. Vous travaillerez 5 jours par semaine, incluant des week-ends intermittents pour capturer du contenu. Un bon environnement d'équipe et des compétences de communication fortes sont indispensables.

Qualifications

• Bonne compréhension des médias sociaux et de la création de contenu.
• Compétent en SEO et outils de gestion des médias sociaux.
• Personnalité confiante avec d'excellentes compétences en communication.

Responsibilities

• Planifier le marketing digital en fonction de la stratégie globale.
• Mettre en œuvre les médias payants et PPC.
• Créer et éditer du contenu photo et vidéo pour les réseaux sociaux.

Zest4Talent are recruiting a Digital Marketing Assistant for an expanding marketing department within a growing multisite adventure sports company. You will be based at their site near Salisbury. You will be working a 5-day week primarily Mon- Fri but some weekend work will be required intermittently to capture film for social media ( days off in lieu will be given). Salary £27k - £30k DOE.

The successful candidate for the Digital Marketing Assistant will have a good working understanding of social media, SEO, content creation and editing as well as proficiency in social media management tools. Your personality will be confident with excellent communication skills. You will fit in well within a strong team environment. Your will possess strong attention to details and accuracy and have a creative and collaborative approach.

Your technical skills will ideally include

• Paid media, digital advertising and performance marketing
• Google Analytics

The Digital Marketing Assistants Day to day will include:

• Plan digital marketing in line with overall marketing strategy
• Implement all PPC and paid for Media
• Implement the social media strategies and give your creative input Create and Edit photo and video content
• Support the marketing team in all aspects including email marketing campaigns, automation, campaign planning
• Website: Blog content and updates
