Zest4Talent is recruiting a Digital Marketing Assistant for an expanding marketing department within a growing multisite adventure sports company. The successful candidate will be based near Salisbury and work primarily Mon-Fri, with occasional weekend work for social media content capture (days off in lieu provided). Salary ranges from £27k to £30k DOE.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of social media, SEO, content creation and editing, and proficiency in social media management tools. They should be confident, communicative, detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative, fitting well within a strong team environment.

Technical skills ideally include:

• Paid media, digital advertising, and performance marketing
• Google Analytics

Daily responsibilities include:
