A Typical Day in the Job

• Monitor and amend paid marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads, ensuring they stay within budget and reach the right audiences
• Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, Semrush, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to improve future performance
• Create and upload content to our website using WordPress and design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Support the design of brochures, leaflets and other branded assets for both digital and print use
• Contribute to multi-channel campaigns – from social media to in-person events
• Assist with both online (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and offline (leaflet drops, trade events) marketing efforts
• Ensure all marketing materials reflect our brand identity and support business objectives

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

• A genuine passion for marketing and a desire to learn
• Some previous marketing experience (desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and creative flair
• Willingness to develop your skills across digital platforms, design tools, and campaign analytics
• Proactive attitude and enthusiasm to grow within the business
• A Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required for this role

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification, and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll learn to plan and execute campaigns, analyse data, manage content, and build the confidence to drive results across digital platforms.
