A Typical Day in the Job

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in telling the A.W. Hainsworth story and connecting their historic brand with modern audiences. You’ll:

• Help plan and create engaging content for social media platforms
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer newsletters
• Support website development and updates
• Contribute to promotional and branding campaigns
• Work with the team on visual and written brand content
• Attend exhibitions, shows and industry events to represent the brand and capture content

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

• A real passion for marketing, creativity, and storytelling
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable representing the brand externally
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license (for event attendance and travel)
• A Grade 5/C in GCSE Maths and a Grade 4/C in GCSE English is required for this role

Salary, Hours & Benefits

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays (no requirement to take leave on bank holidays)

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in digital marketing. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective digital marketer.

With our expert online training and one-to-one support, you’ll channel your creativity and learn to create, implement, and analyse successful campaigns as part of a professional marketing team.
