In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Create content, write emails, monitor performance, use Canva premium, Google Ads, and create posts across main platforms, PPC, website, and content writing.
• Use a range of communication channels such as email, WhatsApp, Google Chat, face-to-face, and over the phone.
• Respond directly to emails, social media comments, Google reviews, etc.
• Use a bespoke CRM system to monitor and analyze online activity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush.
• Utilize Google Ads Editor, WordPress, and ChatGPT as main digital marketing tools.
• Optimize website usage using SEMrush to analyze Google rankings and manage blogs, texts, and images through WordPress.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
