Job summary

Roc Search GmbH is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst for a remote, 12-month FTC in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on data-driven marketing, campaign execution, customer segmentation and marketing analytics to optimise client campaigns.

You will manage end-to-end campaign activities, deliver insights on segmentation, and provide high-quality reporting to clients and internal stakeholders. Strong SQL skills and marketing knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience within Marketing, Business Information Systems or Data Management.
  • At least 1 year's experience working within a marketing environment.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong data literacy and confidence working with databases and SQL.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle or similar database technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and support audience selections and direct marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of campaign activities, ensuring quality, accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop effective marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Provide insight and recommendations around customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Analyse campaign and audience performance to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve existing processes and activities.
  • Conduct peer reviews of audience selections and campaign activity.
  • Produce high-quality, client-facing documentation and reporting.
  • Manage client queries relating to campaign selections, criteria, processes and data quality.
  • Manage expectations and ensure delivery against agreed SLAs.
  • Produce internal and external KPI reporting.
  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly service review meetings with clients.

Digital Marketing Analyst- Remote- 12-month FTC- £30-40K depending on experience

Are you a data driven marketing professional with experience in campaign execution, customer segmentation and marketing analytics?

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our clients growing Managed Services team.

This is a client facing role where you'll play a key part in supporting the delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns, using data and insight to help clients improve customer engagement and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
