Location : Company is based in Brentwood, Essex, England, United Kingdom but role is online based. Ability to travel to in person working days beneficial but not essential.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketer to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. Do you love content creation? As a Digital Marketer for a coaching and training organisation, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract clients, and drive business growth, focusing on digital marketing, email marketing & repurposing content and creation. You will work alongside a dynamic team who will assist you and provide marketing admin support.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising eg META, Google Adverts

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and marketing materials. Most content will be provided but you will finesse and present in a stylish and professional format

Brand Management:

Maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all marketing channels. Working with our external Marketing Director ( based in Dubai) you will liaise directly to ensure consistency across the business

Performance Analysis:

Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.

Event Management:

Plan and execute marketing events to generate leads and build relationships. Develop strategy on how to create events around coaching wellbeing including but not limited to retreats and live events

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Have you got experience in Email sequences ?
  • Experience with META google adverts ?
  • Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a coaching or related industry.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging and high-quality content.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track, analyse, and interpret marketing data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.You will need to be a self starter. Able to work alone. We do not micro manage
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.respond quickly to requests ans prioritise
  • Passion for Coaching: A genuine interest in the coaching industry is beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the coaching or professional development industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve marketing performance.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Reporting Structure

The Digital Marketer will report to the MD or Director of Operations.

Remuneration

3-month contract to extend to permanent position.
