Job Description:
You will work closely with the Digital Learning Manager to design, develop, and implement self-led online digital training content. Working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders across the business, you will design and create online training content to support customers, partners, and staff across various IRIS software products.
- Collaborate with the Digital Learning Manager, IRIS Digital Training Centre Team, and SMEs to define course objectives and scope.
- Design and develop engaging online training content with clear learning aims aligned with organizational goals.
- Create instructional content for self-paced courses, including copy, audio scripts, and supporting materials.
- Capture and edit screenshots, screencasts, and videos to visually demonstrate key concepts.
- Coordinate with video editors and graphic designers to ensure visual and multimedia elements meet branding and quality standards.
- Design and develop knowledge checks and assessments to measure learner understanding.
- Organize content into structured learning pathways on the Learning Management System (LMS), testing and loading content accordingly.
