South Hampshire College Group is offering a Digital Learning Creator Apprentice role within the Digital Innovation team, base campus options in Fareham, Eastleigh, Southampton or CEMAST/CETC. This apprenticeship combines practical work with structured learning in digital content creation, learning technology, AI and innovation.

You will work on real projects that support thousands of students and staff, gaining experience while developing skills employers seek.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital learning resources, videos, guides and interactive content.
• Support digital innovation projects across South Hampshire College Group.
• Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve teaching, learning and business processes.
• Help staff and students make the most of digital tools and platforms.
• Assist in delivering digital training sessions, workshops and demonstrations.
• Support the development of accessible, inclusive and user‑friendly digital resources.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across curriculum and professional services teams.
• Build valuable professional skills through real‑world projects, mentoring and collaboration.
