If so, then QA could be the company for you! We’re a tech training organization delivering high-quality courses to learners and apprentices. We’re seeking a Data Analytics Digital Learning Coach to join us.

Role purpose

You will support and coach learners working towards their programme, focusing on Data Analytics. You will primarily support, coach, and assess Scottish-based learners on their Digital Technology – Data Analytics framework SCQF8.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support learners in Data Analytics within small organizations, public sector, and corporate environments, mainly work-based learners in Data roles.
• Collaborate with Skills Coaches, Learning Specialists, and Quality Assurance Verifiers to ensure timely achievement of apprenticeship programmes.
• Support learners across modules, helping them apply skills to their jobs.
• Review and provide feedback on evidence produced by learners to ensure standards are met.
• Follow quality assurance procedures to minimize referrals and meet deadlines.
• Hold review meetings, build relationships with employers and mentors, and monitor progress.
• Identify and develop new business prospects.
• Handle complex customer questions and complaints.
• Provide documentation, reports, and management information.
• Maintain own professional development.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in Data Analytics, including data management, analysis, transformation, visualization, and reporting. Minimum two years sector experience or relevant qualifications. HNC (SCQF7) or higher in Data or Computing.
