Job description

We are looking for a Digital Learning Advisor to join our Learning & Development team based in Birmingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how our people learn and develop in a digital‑first environment. You will play a central role in designing and delivering engaging, high‑quality digital learning experiences that support colleagues and strengthen capability across the firm.

About you

We’re looking for a Digital Learning professional with experience designing and developing digital learning solutions in a professional or corporate environment. You will have a strong understanding of digital learning tools, platforms, and user‑centred design, alongside the ability to create engaging, practical learning that meets business needs.

You will bring a collaborative approach, with the confidence to work credibly with stakeholders and subject matter experts; shaping content, providing constructive challenge, and translating complex information into clear, structured learning.

With a user‑centric mindset, you’ll be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience. You will also be comfortable designing both structured learning and short, targeted interventions that engage time‑pressed audiences.

To this role, you will bring a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach, alongside strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You will also demonstrate curiosity and openness to new approaches, helping to ensure our learning remains relevant, proportionate, and effective.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Experience applying multimedia learning principles, online instructional design practices, and accessibility standards in the design of digital learning
  • Experience managing and reporting on digital learning content and data
  • Experience creating learning focused on professional skills such as communication, client relationships, or financial/commercial awareness
What We Can Offer You

The opportunity to work for a firm which has been recognised as one of the best places to work in the UK and has been ranked by Great Place to Work® for 26 consecutive years.

  • A hybrid approach to office and remote working
  • 25 days annual leave, with the option to buy up to a week’s extra annual leave
  • Free private medical insurance, and the option to add family members
  • Life assurance covering four times your annual salary
  • The chance of a three‑month sabbatical every five years
  • Maternity, paternity and adoption leave schemes
  • A range of health and wellbeing programmes
  • State of the art offices, in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, with an onsite restaurant
  • Opportunities to flourish in your role through training and personal development
