Learning Enablement Specialist

New Permanent Opportunity

Salary: £50,000 to £80,000 per annum depending on experience

Hybrid Role: onsite in London 1-2 days a week

Instinct is partnering with a highly reputable Financial Services focused organisation who are going through a huge global transformation and are looking for someone to launch and manage their new centralised learning function across the business.

Working with the newly established global Learning & Development division, this person will lead the delivery and daily management of the internal university. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who thrives at the intersection of learning, operations, and cross-functional execution.

You'll take full ownership of the 360Learning platform, coordinating programmes and content across teams and regions, while ensuring learning journeys are practical, engaging, and aligned to global growth objectives. You will be the operational driver, working within a strategic team but owning the day-to-day delivery of a critical business initiative.

Key Requirements:

  • Manage the 360Learning platform including user access, course structures, learning paths, analytics, and platform optimisation.
  • Deliver and coordinate learning programmes across onboarding, sales, leadership, and support functions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), internal coms, and country leads to create and publish high-impact content.
  • Coordinate communications, learner journeys, and cohort-based training delivery.
  • Support adoption and engagement across their global offices through structured rollout and local enablement.
  • Track learner engagement, programme completion, and feedback to improve learning experience and measure business impact.
  • Deliver usage reports and dashboards for leadership teams.
  • Travel to offices internationally as needed to support in-person onboarding and training initiatives.
