Person Specification

Qualifications

• Registered/qualified health practitioner to degree level, supplemented by a minimum PG Dip (120 credits), and working towards an MA/MSc or demonstrating extensive experience in the relevant specialty.
• Evidence of recent professional development, maintained in an up-to-date portfolio.

Experience

• Awareness of national and local transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a Band 6 role or equivalent clinical experience.
• Experience working in a mental health setting.
• Ability to work proactively and effectively with primary care and the VCSE sector.
• Active involvement in local transformation projects.

Information Technology

• Experience using electronic patient/service user record systems and other computer systems.
• Proactive involvement in supervising and developing multidisciplinary team members.
• Management responsibilities within health or social care settings.
