Job summary

Houlihan Lokey in London seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Digital Infrastructure team. You will prepare, analyse and explain historical and projected financial information, create financial models, coordinate due diligence, and prepare confidential information memoranda and client presentations.

The ideal candidate has a 2:1 Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years of M&A experience, strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2:1 (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of full-time investment banking experience in M&A.
• Experience in the TECH/Digital Infrastructure sector is favoured.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and help explain historical and projected financial information.
• Create financial models.
• Coordinate and perform business due diligence.
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and other presentations.
• Conduct research on sectors, companies and potential buyers.
