The New Scots in Stirling Project was established in January 2021 as a collaboration with the Resettlement Team and the Learning and Employability Team. The project aims to support the increasing number of refugees in Stirling and strives to create an inclusive, welcoming community where everyone can achieve financial stability and independence.

We are now expanding the project and seeking an additional full-time Digital Inclusion Worker.
The Digital Inclusion Worker will support the growing number of refugees in Stirling by helping them improve their digital skills and supporting the introduction of digital services such as Universal Credit and E-visas. You will also support residents subject to immigration control who are new to Scotland. Regular use of interpretation services will be required both in person and via telephone.
This post is funded for 2 years and reports to the Senior Digital Inclusion Worker.
The successful candidate will be subject to a Level 1 Disclosure Scotland Check.
