We are recruiting for a Digital Imaging Scientist at our site in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. You will work within our modern Histology department, playing a key role within the Specialty Pathology Services group (SPS).
Following comprehensive training and career development, your responsibilities will include:
The role may involve lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment and samples.
You should have an enthusiastic and committed attitude, with a target-oriented outlook suitable for a fast-paced, production environment. The job may require working overtime, including weekdays, weekends, Bank Holidays, and being part of an on-call rota.
Educated to BSc in Biomedical Sciences or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel; histology and sample management experience is desirable but not essential.
