Job summary

Technical Futures Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a Digital FPGA Design Engineer to design and implement FPGA-based SoC systems for cutting-edge imaging and AR applications.

You will collaborate with hardware, software and mechanical teams, contribute to RTL verified designs using SystemVerilog/VHDL, and apply Python skills (cocotb). Hybrid working up to 3 days from home is available for mid to senior level engineers.

Qualifications

  • 1st or 2.1 Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
  • Proven commercial FPGA design experience.
  • SoC design and integration experience.
  • Python knowledge ideally with exposure to cocotb.
  • RTL verification experience (SystemVerilog, VHDL).
  • Experience writing timing constraints and ensuring these are met.
  • Designing for low power.

Responsibilities
