Qualifications

• Pursuing or enrolled in AAT Level 3 or 4.
• Experience in accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with payment runs and supplier payments.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using cloud accounting software.
• Prepare VAT returns and support compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Build strong client relationships.
