University of Cambridge is seeking a Grade 7 Functional Analyst to join the Teaching Learning & Assessment team. The role supports UIS Digital Exam service and Inspera, with a fixed 2-year tenure and start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will handle functional change evaluation, testing, configuration, data handling, and user support across multiple teams, liaising with Education Services and vendors as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in functional application support and change evaluation.
• Experience with 2nd/3rd line user support.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate functional changes from user queries and vendor changes.
• Support product investigations, testing, configuration, data manipulation and reporting.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line user support and assist with continuous service improvements.
