THE ROLE
You are a passionate, analytical, and highly organised Digital Events specialist. You will be pivotal in demand generation efforts, leveraging the expertise of internal professionals to attract and convert new leads.
You will promote webinars via digital platforms, ensure webinars run smoothly, and deliver against lead and revenue targets. You will own the end-to-end process, from pre-webinar promotion to lead management into sales.
• Strategically plan and execute a comprehensive Wellbeing webinar program
• Develop and implement strategies for attracting and converting leads through webinars
• Deliver the webinar plan including content schedule, multi-channel promotional plan, marketing platform deliverables, and sales plan to meet targets
• Prepare and distribute regular lead reports for sales and marketing teams
• Create briefs for marketing and sales teams to support webinar promotion, e.g., social media, email marketing, design, and sales pitch briefs
Strategic leadership
• Take ownership of the entire webinar program, from conceptualisation to execution
• Develop a strategic roadmap aligned with demand generation goals
• Ensure the program delivers high-value content and tangible results
• Deliver sales blueprints, including launching new webinar series, sales training, support collaterals, reporting, and insights to meet targets
Content Creation
• Oversee the entire webinar program from concept to execution
• Create engaging marketing campaigns through web, paid social, email, and organic social channels to drive registration and attendance
• Work with subject matter experts and marketing teams to develop content for live or simulated webinars
• Produce webinar content that is educational, positions the company as a thought leader, and drives sales opportunities and revenue
