Job summary

Transport for London (TfL) is a major London employer seeking a data-driven Estates Planning & Accommodation leader. You will manage data, systems and digital solutions to support strategic estate planning and decision making across TfL's property portfolio.

The role delivers accurate data and insights, oversees EP&A systems, and leads governance for estate data and CAD drawings with stakeholder engagement and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent education in data analysis or decision support.
• Knowledge of information gathering and intelligent analysis.
• Experience with CAD, GIS and CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver portfolio plans and strategic, data-driven estate decisions.
• Develop and deliver the Estates digital strategy and governance.
• Lead multi-team TfL systems projects to meet EP&A requirements.
• Act as System Manager for EP&A-owned systems and data quality.
