Job summary

Transport for London is seeking a Digital Framework Manager to lead data strategy, governance and the digital framework for Estates Planning & Accommodation. You will ensure accurate data, manage EP&A systems, and guide governance and design authority for estate-related solutions.

Role focuses on data-driven decision making, system management, and stakeholder engagement to optimise TfL’s property portfolio and space forecasting.

Qualifications

• Degree in data analysis or related field.
• Proven knowledge of information gathering and intelligent analysis.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft products, database and data management software for the Estates sector including CAFM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a dedicated internal data strategy.
• Lead the digital strategy and framework for EP&A.
• Identify EP&A requirements and lead TfL systems projects.
• Act as System Manager for EP&A-owned systems.
• Set data standards and deliver data quality improvement plans.
