The Role: Digital Enterprise Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a talented Digital Enterprise Portfolio Manager to play a key role in shaping and delivering our digital transformation. Reporting to the Head of Digital Business Enablement, this position is based in our modern Danesfort office in Belfast, with flexible agile working arrangements.

You will lead the end-to-end digital and transformation portfolio, ensuring investment, resources, and delivery align with strategic priorities and regulatory commitments. Acting as a central point of governance, you’ll bring structure, visibility, and control across the CIO portfolio—linking strategy, funding, planning, delivery, and benefits realisation.

Working closely with business leaders, finance, engineering teams, and external partners, you will ensure change is prioritised, sequenced, and delivered in a transparent, efficient, and value-driven way.
