Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Experience leading engineering teams or workstreams in a client-facing delivery environment.
• Experience delivering technology change in financial services or regulated environments.
• Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/Kubernetes) are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and agile delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering workstreams across FS clients with high-quality delivery.
• Design scalable digital solutions using backend, front-end, integration and cloud-native patterns.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews and standards.
• Lead Agile delivery across squads with product owners, architects, QA and DevOps.
• Drive production readiness including CI/CD, observability and security.
• Mentor engineers and build capability in modern engineering practices.
• Contribute to propositions, assets and thought leadership in EY Digital Engineering.
• Translate business and compliance requirements into pragmatic technical designs.
