Job summary

VINCI Building UK is seeking a Digital Engineering Manager to drive BIM and digital engineering across the London & North unit, supporting design through construction delivery. The role requires leadership of the Digital Engineering team, deployment of BIM standards, and development of training programmes for the Design Management Team.

The successful candidate will oversee BIM procedures, perform quality assurance audits, and collaborate with VINCI IT to procure and apply approved software,

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM processes and ISO19650 standards.
• Proven ability to manage digital engineering teams.
• Ability to develop training programmes for design and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of Digital Engineering technologies with Senior Management.
• Produce and maintain learning programmes for Design Management Team.
• Monitor BIM procedures, processes and plans; perform QA audits.
• Manage Digital Engineering team on projects and support information management.
• Provide training and guidance to Digital Engineers; develop BIM guidance documents.
