Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers in Reading, United Kingdom, seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape enterprise-wide architecture, governance, and long-term IT strategy. This role spans application, data and infrastructure domains, driving cloud migration, AI strategy and large-scale digital transformation across programmes.

You will engage with business and technical stakeholders, define non-functional requirements, and establish architecture standards using TOGAF and related frameworks;

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise architecture and governance.
• Experience across application, data and infrastructure architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with TOGAF architecture principles and governance.
• Experience with cloud migration, AI strategy and enterprise data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to enterprise and solution architecture aligned with IT strategy.
• Define system integration approaches and support enterprise data modelling initiatives.
• Help develop enterprise technology roadmaps and platform strategies.
• Support cloud adoption, AI and Generative AI initiatives.
• Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and technology selection principles.
• Define non-functional requirements including security, scalability, resilience and availability.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver future-state architecture across multiple programmes.
