Job summary

GE Vernova’s Power Conversion & Storage business is seeking a Digital Engineer to lead the implementation of digital applications, integrating APM solutions on greenfield and brownfield projects. You will enhance APM analytics, design configurations, and collaborate across product teams to improve reliability and root-cause analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with strong experience in industrial control systems, analytics platforms, and remote

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field; significant industry experience.
  • Proven track record in designing and installing industrial control systems and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital and remote monitoring applications.
  • Strong grasp of engineering principles, tools, and cutting-edgetechnologies.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • APM integration across projects, ensuring compatibility and optimization of equipment.
  • Design and configure APM systems, selecting parameters, deploying diagnostics, generating reports.
  • Identify and improve reliability of the APM platform.
  • Serve as SME for APM queries; provide technical support to service teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with sales on bids for system upgrades and new implementations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in products, processes, and documentation.
  • Partner with development teams to refine APM algorithms.
  • Work with developers to leverage digital tech for product quality and root cause analyses.
