Job summary

DS Business Solutions is seeking a Digital Customer Engagement Apprentice to develop skills within a commercial technology environment. You will support customer interactions, digital systems, lead generation, market research, and business development activities while completing a SCQF Level 6 apprenticeship.

You will gain exposure to a range of digital platforms, manage information, and contribute to the customer journey in a growing technology business.

Qualifications

• Interest in technology and digital systems.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Comfortable using MS Office applications.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for enquiries with professional, responsive service.
• Become a system expert in the company's digital platforms and reporting tools.
• Triaging enquiries, leads, and requests and directing them appropriately.
• Use digital tools to identify opportunities and support engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records across multiple systems and perform data quality checks.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and insights to support performance.
