Job summary

DWP Digital is seeking a Digital Engagement Manager to shape and deliver internal communications campaigns that connect 8,000 colleagues across the Digital and Transformation Group and beyond. You will turn complex information into clear, accessible content across intranets, newsletters, emails and videos, using data and feedback to improve outcomes while championing accessibility and best practice.

This hybrid role offers a £44,447 salary with flexible hours and a strong focus on work-life

Qualifications

Experience planning, leading, delivering and evaluating complex communications campaigns across teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to produce clear, accessible written content for diverse audiences.
Experience using feedback and data to inform decisions and improve delivery.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, Planner) to support collaboration.
Commitment to continuous professional development and sharing best practice.
