Job summary

Mencap Trust Company (MTC) is seeking an experienced Digital Engagement Officer on a full-time, fixed-term contract for two years. The role is primarily home-based with occasional London office attendance, joining the Mencap Trust Company's team to raise awareness and provide digital content.

You will create, coordinate and publish engaging content for websites, email and social channels, manage CMS updates, support Salesforce Marketing Cloud activities, coordinate visual content, and monitor

Qualifications

• Experience creating and publishing digital content across websites, email and social channels.
• Ability to manage content at scale across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility and SEO considerations.

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate and publish engaging digital content for MTC's website, email and social media channels (Linkedin).
• Manage day-to-day website CMS updates and coordinate with the website agency.
• Support digital marketing activity using Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, including email templates and journeys.
• Coordinate production of visual and printed content with photographers, designers and printers.
• Improve digital signposting and referrals to MTC and Mencap's information services.
• Coordinate information requests, plan webinars and partnership engagement activities.
• Monitor engagement, produce reports and use insights to improve user experience and accessibility.
• Provide one day per week of digital engagement support to the Mencap Network Partners team.
